Refund policy

Ebook Writers UK (We, Us, Our) ensures high quality ebook writing and publishing services. However, there are instances when service is not processed in the regular way, initiating a need for a refund. Given the customised and time intensive work, we have certain clauses that manage how, when and for what a refund will be issued. All clients need to agree with the policy. Any disagreement will lead to the discontinuation of the service altogether.

General policy

All payments made to Ebook Writers UK are considered final and are non refundable. However, we do offer a partial and full refund under certain circumstances, depending upon the nature and stage of the work.

Eligibility for a refund

• If the client cancels the order after payment but no work has been initiated yet, the service offers a full refund.
• If the service fails to deliver a portion or the entire project after confirmation and payment, the client is entitled to a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.
• If the service fails to deliver on time, the deadline has been missed, and the client has attempted to contact the service three times, a partial refund will be issued. However, it will be done after a complete assessment with documentary evidence that the delay was due to the company’s fault.
• If the client has paid double, we will refund the extra amount.

We do not offer refunds if:

• The first draft or part of the order has been delivered
• Client cancels the order after work has been initiated
• Delays due to the client’s non-responsiveness and lack of communication
• The client is dissatisfied due to subject preferences that extend beyond the original scope.
• Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP publishing errors)
• A complete service package is provided, including editing, formatting, or cover design
• Projects terminated due to violation of our terms (e.g., plagiarism, abusive conduct)
• If the client has agreed to revision services, a refund is no longer valid for the case.
• The client has not provided complete and accurate information related to the project

In many cases, Ebook Writers UK use a revision facility to ensure client satisfaction. The number of revisions is agreed upon in the initial scope of the service. All revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery.

• Your full name
• Project reference number
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting evidence

We respond to all emails within 5 to 7 business days in a fair manner.

All refunds will be processed through the original payment mode within 7 to 14 business days. The timeline depends on the payment method and the bank.

Ebook Writers UK reserves the right to refuse refund requests if they are found to be dishonest, abusive or are beyond the scope of the policy.
