Ebook Writers UK is a professional agency helping new and experienced authors with the ebook writing and publishing process. Our services, including ebook writing, editing, formatting, proofreading, cover design, publishing and other related offerings (services) are all managed under the following terms and conditions. All clients are required to abide by these terms. If they do not agree with any of the clauses, it is requested not to use or interact with our services or website anyway.

Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Agency”, “Team”, “Company” —all are referred to as Ebook Writers UK.
• “You”, “Your”, “Client(s), “Customer(s)”---all are referred to as any individual or organisation taking services from Ebook Writers UK or anyone on behalf of you.
• “Website” refers to all the content available online on our site https://ebookwriters.co.uk/
• “Orders” refer to the service requests made by customer(s) through email or phone, which are confirmed by an advance payment processing.

Eligibility

You must be of the required legal age based on your area to interact with Ebook Writers UK or purchase any product or service from the agency. In the case of the UK, it is 18. By using our website and services, you represent that you are of the required age.

Ebook Writers UK provide comprehensive services, including but not limited to:

• Ebook writing and ghostwriting
• Proofreading and editing
• Formatting and layout
• Cover design
• Publishing on various platforms (e.g., Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, etc.)
• Marketing guidance

Each of these services comprises its own individual timeline, pricing and scope–all of which will be discussed and finalised before service commencement.

• We start all projects with a brief and agreement on deliverables.
• Clients are required to provide complete and accurate information and any necessary materials upfront.
• Ebook Writer UK reserves the right to decline any project not aligning with our guidelines and policies, including those of plagiarism, hate speech and illegal content.

• All of our prices are quoted in GBP (£), unless it is stated otherwise.
• An upfront deposit or full payment is required before service commencement, or as decided.
• Clients can make payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
• All purchases are non refundable. The refund will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

• Revisions are offered based on the guidelines of our revision policy (review refund policy to learn more).
• All revision requests must be submitted within the stated timeline for them to be addressed.
• We do not address revision requests beyond the original service scope or charge additional for them.

• For all ghostwriting services, clients retain the full ownership rights once full payment is received by the Ebook Writers UK.
• For the portfolio gallery, Ebook Writers UK reserves the right to showcase anonymous excerpts if an NDA is not in place.

We do not share or reuse any material from our orders. Our confidentiality practices also ensure complete security of the client’s information. An NDA can be signed upon client request.

All clients at Ebook Writers UK are required to:

• Providing accurate and timely information.
• Reviewing and approving drafts within the specified time.
• Ensuring that any material they provide does not interfere with any other third party’s rights

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service delays due to situations beyond our control (e.g., illness, technical issues).
• Performance of third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP errors).

Ebook Writers UK reserves the right to cancel any project at any time. If we initiate cancellation of the service, we will ensure a fair refund based on the work completed.

Ebook Writers UK reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of the major changes, and all revisions will be posted here. If you continue to use the service after revisions, it will constitute your agreement with the revised terms.
